Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation
  • Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel ongoing services with prior written notice of at least 7 days.
  • Refund Post-Cancellation: For cancellations after a service has been availed or partially completed, refunds will be adjusted by deducting the cost of the work already performed.
2. Non-Cancellable Services
  • Initiated Projects: Once a project is initiated, cancellations will not qualify for a full refund.
  • Product Subscriptions: Products or services purchased on a subscription (e.g., annual plans) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the subscription has been accessed or utilized.
  • Completed Deliverables: Any fully completed and delivered projects or services are non-refundable.
3. Netstager's Right to Cancel

Netstager reserves the right to cancel services under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
  • Non-payment of fees or outstanding dues.
  • Misuse or illegal use of the services provided.
4. Effect of Cancellation
  • No further billing for canceled services.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Refund Policy after deducting service costs already availed or delivered.
